Home Remodeling in Green, OH
Basement finishes, kitchens and bathrooms for homes across the City of Green.
Green sits south of Akron along the Stark County line, and it is one of the main towns we serve. We finish basements, remodel kitchens and bathrooms and build the custom carpentry that makes a newer house feel like your own.
You talk to the people doing the work. We walk the space with you, put a line item quote in front of you and keep you posted while the job is underway.

Remodeling in Green
Green has grown a lot, and much of its housing is in newer subdivisions with open plans and full basements. Plenty of those basements were left unfinished by the builder, which makes them the obvious place to add a family room, a gym, a home theater or a guest suite.
Newer does not mean finished the way you want it. Builder grade bathrooms and kitchens are common, and swapping in custom tile, a frameless glass shower or a better island layout changes how the whole house feels. Any basement bedroom also needs an egress window, which we plan in from the start.
Finishing a basement is also a chance to plan the whole level at once: where the theater or family room goes, where a bar needs water and a drain, and how storage and the mechanical room fit around them. Planning it together now is much easier than adding pieces later, and it keeps the finished space from feeling like a row of separate projects.

Questions
Green remodeling questions
Is Green part of your regular service area?
Yes. Green is one of the main areas we serve, along with Akron, Uniontown and North Canton.
Our Green home is newer. Is the basement worth finishing?
Usually, yes. A newer poured basement is a good starting point for a family room, theater, gym or bar. We look at ceiling height, mechanicals and egress during the estimate and tell you what makes sense.
What should we ask before hiring a remodeling contractor?
Ask who will be on site, how the price is broken down and how changes are handled once work starts. We wrote a longer guide on choosing a contractor in Green on our blog.
